Questex Overview

Questex Oil Company LLC (“Questex” or “the company”) is a Nevada Limited Liability Company that is established to enter the oil industry at a low point of worldwide oil prices. The company’s management team has the expertise and experience to operate in Mississippi and sees Mississippi as an appropriate opportunity to purchase production on a cost-effective basis compared to other parts of the country such as the Eagle Ford or Permian basin in Texas or the more expensive shale plays of North Dakota and Colorado.

Mississippi

The United States produces more than 9+ million barrels of oil per day. Mississippi produces approximately 70 thousand BOPD, ranking it in the top 15 in the United States. The company’s management team has been operating in Mississippi since 1997, and has developed a tremendous network of contacts in the state ranging from oil field service companies, state officials, and industry brokers who provide leads on deals that can be quickly researched and reviewed for a decision to invest in additional production. The management team of Questex has proven that Mississippi provides the ability for investors interested in investing in oil and gas in the United States to do so more cost effectively than other areas.
